What stays.
What you control.
A readable account of the data behind your arrangements.
About this policy
This policy describes Settlework version 1.0.0, a spatial composition and everyday planning app. It covers the Android app and the accompanying informational website. Effective 5 September 2026.

Your arrangement data
Settlework stores your chosen room, furniture types, positions and rotations, the arrangement purpose, and your daily sequence. Named saved arrangements also include a local save time.

Where your work lives
Android keeps this information in the app’s private storage on your device. Other ordinary apps cannot read that storage through Settlework. Device-level access and security remain controlled by Android and your device settings.

No app transmission
The Android build does not request Internet permission and does not send arrangements, sequence entries or preferences to a remote service.

Accounts and identity
The app does not ask you to create an account or provide an email address, phone number or legal identity. Arrangement names are optional user-written labels; avoid putting sensitive details in them.

Device permissions
The app requests no camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar or shared-storage permission. It uses bundled artwork and its own private data storage.

Analytics and diagnostics
No analytics, advertising or third-party service SDK is included in this build. Android or a distribution platform may separately process diagnostics under its own settings and policies; Settlework does not receive them automatically.

Advertising and purchases
The app contains no advertising or purchase flow. No advertising identifier or payment information is requested or processed by this implementation.

Preferences
The reduced-motion preference is stored locally with the app’s settings. The app also respects Android’s system animation scale. These choices affect presentation and do not change the saved arrangement.

Retention
Current work and saved arrangements remain until you replace or remove them, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. The app has no timed deletion schedule.

Removing individual work
Use Remove from folio to delete one saved arrangement. Clear the current workbench removes its placed furniture while saved arrangements remain. Remove a daily moment from the sequence to delete that entry.

Deleting all app data
Android’s app settings provide Clear storage, and uninstall removes the app’s private data. These actions remove the current arrangement, folio, daily sequence and motion preference. Back up anything you want to keep by your own chosen means before deletion.

Backup and transfer
Automatic Android app backup is disabled in this build. Settlework does not offer cloud sync or a built-in export/import service. Device manufacturers may offer separate transfer tools subject to their own behavior.

Sharing and third parties
Settlework does not sell or share arrangement data and includes no in-app sharing or external service integration. If you independently share a device screenshot, the destination service handles it under its own terms.

Website behavior
This delivered website is informational. Its source includes no analytics, account form or application-data collection. When a publisher hosts it, the host may process request details such as IP addresses for serving pages; the publisher must describe any added hosting or tracking behavior.

Intended use and content
Settlework supports ordinary spatial composition and daily planning. Grid cells are relative model units, not measured building dimensions. Path feedback concerns the model only. Generated interior artwork is illustrative and does not depict a verified property or organizational service.

Changes to this policy
A later app release may change implementation or data handling. The publisher should update this policy and its effective date to reflect any such changes before distribution. This policy makes no promise about an unreviewed future version.

Questions and publisher contact
For privacy questions, use the developer contact displayed on the app’s distribution listing when one is available. No organization email or phone number is asserted here as the app publisher’s privacy contact. A publisher must supply an appropriate contact before public distribution.
